Profile of the Speaker:
Mr Sanjay Kumar Bansal is working as General Manager in Velankani Electronics Pvt Ltd and earlier worked as  Vice President in Samsung R&D in India. He  is an alumni of IIT Roorkee with 24+ years of industry experience, including over 18 years of management experience, in end-to-end software development for consumer products like Smartphones, Mobile Phones, Internet of Things, Smart TV, B2B Solutions (Signage Displays, Smart Class Room, Hotel TV solutions, Hospital solutions etc), PDAs and Cameras, in semiconductors industry & OEMs. Mr Bansal has defined strategy & strategic targets for organization, and led it from front to influence relevant stakeholders time and again.

Mr Bansal's ability to detail strategic targets into specific objectives for individuals & teams has created many success stories, everywhere he worked. Mr Bansal has led several change management initiatives including M&A activities in the organization and built very strong, well-recognized & amazingly engaged world class teams. Mr Bansal has led medium to large (1500+) diversified development teams to deliver on wide range of expectations (next generation product development, technology roadmaps definition & execution, design-in activities with customers, patents, technical papers, etc). Mr Bansal has worked closely with several cultures, such as French, Swedish, German, Chinese, British, American, Dutch, and Korean.
